Jonjo O’Neill

Jockeys experience trauma on a daily basis. It’s not only the obvious that needs treating. When hitting the ground at 30 miles per hour many parts of the body get damaged and mis aligned.

Stitching will sort out the skin wounds….but far more importantly is what might be happening underneath.

This is where the management of the whole body is so important to ensure the spinal axis is true and correct.

Making Weight

Pictured is George Wilson who with the help of Philip manages many of the top sportsmen who have to “make weight”. Jockeys regularly ride below their natural body weight.

These pictures show that we don’t just tell people how to do it, but can do it ourselves.
